Thank you for shopping at Lala Foxx Boutique. We work hard to ensure that you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not satisfied with your item(s) you've received, you have 5 days from receipt to return the item(s), provided they are still in the original condition with the tags still intact. Once the items are returned to us, we will issue you a store credit. Again, we are not able to accept items not in the original condition. Meaning no tags can be removed, the item(s) cannot be worn, or washed. All returned items must be free from signs of wear and odor.
We can offer a store credit. This does not include the cost of delivery. All items returned must be unused with all tags intact and free of odor as stated. All returned packages must be trackable and insured with proof of postage. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In the event the returned items are damaged, lost in transit, unable to track, not insured, and does not have proof of postage we are not responsible, and a store credit will not be issued. Once the item(s) are returned and met the stated conditions a store credit will be issued within 10 business days. When items are returned to us outside of the 5 days of receipt of purchase, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.
If your item(s) are undelivered to you by the courier or postal service they will hold your items. The time frame of the hold is contingent on the company. If you do not collect your items in the allotted time set by the courier company, your item(s) will be returned to us. All underlived items will be refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified of the refund via email once processed.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel. Items purchased and cancelled outside of this 24-hour time period we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you and issue a store credit.
